Frequently asked questions

Your first visit with us will likely be focused on an initial evaluation of your child’s abilities and challenges. These assessments include some simple, often play-based tests to determine skill levels for your child, along with questions for parents and caregivers that help us get the clearest possible understanding of the challenges your child is facing and your desired outcomes for therapy. This first session is important in building a strong , positive relationship with you and your child and giving our therapists the information they need to design an effective treatment plan.

While we don’t offer in-home visits, your child’s treatment plan will include in-home activities with family and caregivers. Our team will provide resources, instruction and support for you to make progress at home between visits to the therapy center.
